Some stories are written in ink. Others are written in grit, long days, and a handshake that still means something. Mine leans toward the latter.

I grew up in a small town in central Pennsylvania, where work ethic wasn’t taught with words, it was lived. I started working at an early age and carried that mindset into a wide range of careers over the years, from being a Disc Jockey on the radio to working as a Teamster. Each role added a layer, teaching me how to connect with people from all walks of life and how to get the job done right.

Nearly 20 years ago, I traded the rolling hills of Pennsylvania for the sunshine of Florida. Charlotte County became home, where I raised my three children through the local school system as they grew, graduated, and built lives of their own. That chapter grounded me deeply in the community I now serve.

Over a decade ago, encouraged by friends who saw the fit before I did, I stepped into real estate. Since then, I’ve helped buyers and sellers across the state, from Ocala down to Naples, and across regions including Sebring, Lakeland, and Golden Gate. Whether it’s land, residential property, or assisting with out-of-state transactions, I bring experience, persistence, and a no-nonsense approach to every deal.

I’m proud to work alongside my fiancée, Sarah Youngblood, who is also a dedicated realtor. Working together means our clients truly get a two-for-one advantage, with local knowledge, constant communication, and a shared commitment to making each transaction as smooth as possible.

When we’re not helping clients, you’ll usually find us enjoying the Florida lifestyle on the water or at the beach. We’re also active supporters of organizations like the American Legion, Elks, and Moose. And if I’m not near the water, there’s a good chance I’m at a racetrack. I’m an award-winning motorsports photographer and have covered racing for numerous publications, capturing moments where speed meets emotion.

At home, life is a little more relaxed and a lot more entertaining thanks to Tucker, our pug, Cooper, our English bulldog, and Beemer the cat.
